"Starting 2011 with the flood, the people of Brisbane came together and battled adversity. Brisbane Marketing launched the Together Brisbane campaign aimed at revitalizing the sense of community spirit and generating enthusiasm throughout the city for the city.
Together Brisbane had a profound effect on the people not only of Brisbane but throughout Australia. The success of the campaign was only made possible through the support of community minded companies.
Yellow Cabs provided invaluable support through their location based messaging service. With every taxi booking, Yellow Cabs attached a text message directing people to the Together Brisbane website.
Yellow Cabs support to the campaign was done entirely for the good of the public and Brisbane. Yellow Cabs made Brisbane Come Together, to show the world that Brisbane is better than ever."

Queensland Ballet is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. The Company achieves a great deal with the support of State and Commonwealth governments, but it is the additional support from individuals and businesses in the community, which allows us to increase investment in key areas of our operations, and helps us continue to strive to be everything a State ballet company should be.
Yellow Cabs has generously supported Queensland Ballet since 2002 as our sole provider of executive transport. Of particular importance to our organisation is Yellow Cabs ability to handle the transfer needs of our international guest artists with their usual high standard of professionalism.

Bayside Brass is a community brass band based in Brisbane's bayside suburbs. You'll see the Band's distinctive Yellow Cabs colours at park concerts, Australia Day and Anzac celebrations and community events throughout Brisbane as people enjoy everything from traditional marches to jazz and movie themes.
We warmly welcome new brass and percussion players of any standard. Our main aims are to support the local community through our performances and to develop the musical skills of our players. The Band also competes in State and National Championships. We particularly encourage young players looking for an extension of their school instrumental program.
Yellow Cabs Brass Band are "driven" by their love of music and a desire to give something back to the community. One thing worthy of note is that all members are voluntary (not cab drivers). Being in a partnership with the Yellow Cab sponsorship helps us to secure the services of a musical director, to buy new music and maintain instruments but most of all it gives us a status, which I am sure, is the envy of other bands.
